On December 1st, 2017, Benson Iroabuchi Nwoji defended his DBA dissertation. The title of the dissertation was “Infusing Multiculturalism into the Management Studies Curriculum of Nigerian Tertiary Institutions to Achieve Workplace Social Harmony.” The jury was made up of Professor Tobias de Coning (dissertation adviser), Professor Christian Adendorff (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
