On September 21st, Essien Efana-Okon successfully defended his dissertation titled "Graduate Employability: Generic competency requirements by multinational Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria."
The jury was made up of Professor Joseph Santora (adviser), Professor Tobias De Coning (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
