ISM DBA alumnus James Museba co-authored an article titled “Customer Perception of Adoption and Use of Digital Financial Services and Mobile Money Services in Uganda” in the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy.
The article examines Fintech, mobile money, and digital financial services in Uganda and the adoption of these services into the Ugandan market. The article will be a valuable source of information for government and Fintech companies in developing digital financial services.
