ISM alumnus Matthew 'Mac' McLauchlin has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Future Tech Enterprise, Inc., a leading technology solutions provider. McLauchlin, who holds an MBA in Global Management and an MPhil in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership from ISM, brings over two decades of experience in strategic operations and leadership within the technology industry and governmental agencies.
In his new role, McLauchlin will oversee operational processes, drive efficiency improvements, and implement innovative strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. His appointment comes as Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. expands its global market presence and diversifies its service offerings.
Prior to joining Future Tech, McLauchlin served as Managing Director of Global Operations at SIROAL International LLC and held various executive positions, including CFO of a multi-billion dollar program for the US Government, CEO of a defense manufacturing firm, and VP of Development for an NYSE-listed biometrics firm. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently led to enhanced operational performance and significant business growth.
