Student Stories - PhD
Tamara Wolske | PhD Alumnus From US
The first thing that impressed me about ISM was the prompt and professional responses from the staff and administration. I work in academia as a program director and yet it was a daunting prospect for me personally to think about the process for making application, interviewing and starting courses in a PhD program. I had explored a number of options over several years before choosing ISM. I was given the option to contact some of the current ISM students and having the opportunity to hear their opinions about the program provided the assurance that I was on the right track.
My priorities are quality and flexibility from a program and the added option to interact with classmates from around the world was very appealing. ISM offers all of those aspects in top fashion. The experiences I have had while attending seminars held in New York, Paris, and Tokyo have changed my life in extraordinary ways. The professors and students come from diverse backgrounds providing a rich mix of cultures and perspectives to enhance the curriculum. I truly appreciate the time and effort that everyone invests in their interactions to make the seminars worthwhile.
It is crucial to find a program that meets one's personal and professional goals and ISM has been the perfect fit for my needs. ISM is an excellent option for advanced education in international business.
