I found the Change Management seminar with Prof. Smits excellent. I recently attended a change management program at Erasmus University and was therefore able to compare the two programs. The Erasmus program was very focused on a specific change methodology, where I felt the ISM program focused on the broader dynamic of change. I found some of the opposing thinking that Prof. Smits introduced to be very valuable and helpful in explaining a business change that I am personally experiencing.

Regarding the ISM program, I have found the level of teaching to be very professional. The learning through class discussion, exploring the respective experiences, adds tremendous value to the overall experience.
