Dr Jasper, with over 20 years of corporate experience, teaches undergraduate classes in business management and leadership at Baruch College, the City University of New York. He also teaches business courses at Mercy College in Manhattan. Dr. Jasper earned his doctorate in Executive Leadership Development from St. John Fisher in Rochester, New York.

K. Matthew Wong, PhD

Dr. K. Matthew Wong teaches Valuation and Acquisition in the doctoral programs at ISM. Wong has been teaching in the areas of financial risk management, corporate finance, and financial instruments for over twenty years. He is currently a tenured Associate Professor of Finance and previously was Associate Chair at St. John’s University’s Department of Economics and Finance.

Wong is also a licensed attorney and has practiced at two major international law firms in New York City specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, high yield financing and structured finance, including securitization. Professionally, Wong currently serves on the editorial board of the ISM Journal of International Business and was previously a member of the editorial board for Review of Business.

Wong received a JD from Fordham University School of Law, New York in 1997, a PhD in Finance from University of Mississippi in 1990, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manitoba, Canada in 1984 and a BA in Economics from Acadia University, Nova Scotia in 1982.

Kimberly Reeve, PhD

Kimberly Reeve, PhD, is the KPMG Dean of the Guarini School of Business at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, NJ. She is also an associate professor of business. Prior to Saint Peter’s, she most recently served as the Dean of Academic Affairs at The King’s College, where she also served as Associate Professor of Business and Chair of the Business and Finance Program.

Dr. Reeve’s teaching and research interests include International Business, Decision-Making and Negotiations, and Nonprofit Management. She has published and presented research at the European Academy of Management (EURAM), and International Association for Business and Society (IABS), and the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA). Her work on nonprofit mergers with a co-author recently won the best overall paper award at the International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD).

Prior to joining King’s, Dr. Reeve drew on her experience leading development and marketing teams at several national and global organizations to work as a management consultant to businesses and nonprofits. In that capacity, Reeve worked with clients throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Africa and started the European office of a consulting firm based in The Netherlands.

Dr. Reeve received her BA in Government and French from Colby College (Waterville, MA), her MBA from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN), and her PhD in International Business Management from ISM (Paris, France). A life-long learner and supporter of education, she serves on the board of the Jeannette Rankin Scholarship Foundation. She and her husband live in Newark, NJ, where they spend weekends restoring their 300-year-old home.

Raymond LaManna, MA

Raymond LaManna teaches Business Policy in the MBA and IEMBA programs at ISM. LaManna is currently the owner of his own human resources consulting firm, specializing in employee relations, training and coaching. In addition, he is Professor of Management at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr.LaManna has extensive experience in the human resources field.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Ray held positions as Director of Human Resources at the Parish of Trinity Church on Wall Street, Human Resources Director of Integrated Resources Inc., a diversified financial services firm, where he was responsible for all employee relations, recruitment and compensation functions as well as HR positions at Wells Fargo Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Ray is also a member of the graduate faculty of the School of Health Sciences and Practice at New York Medical College, where he teaches graduate courses on organizational theory, human resources, change management and employee relations. For eight years, he was also chair of the Business Administration Department of Berkeley College.

Ray holds advanced degrees in theology, psychology and adult education and is presently a doctoral candidate in the Adult and Continuing education program Teachers College/Columbia University. Ray has also been actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as national chairperson of the Management Practices committee. He is also national Subject Matter Expert for Module 1 of the Learning System-Business Management & Strategy. He has extensive experience as a guest speaker on HR and management issues and has life certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Brenda Massetti, PhD

Dr. Brenda Massetti is an Associate Professor of Management at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University. Dr. Massetti received a Ph.D in Information and Management Science from Florida State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

She has presented over twenty papers at conferences in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Joseph Onochie, PhD

Dr. Joseph Onochie teaches Executive Finance and Risk Management in the DBA and PhD programs at ISM. Dr. Onochie has 15+ years experience in finance as a financial consultant, an economist, and a line-of-business executive. His experience in instructional design, content creation and client engagements has enabled his role as a consultant to span both the development and delivery functions. Since 1993, Joseph has been affiliated with the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. He is an Associate Professor of Finance and, until 2012, he was the Academic Director of the Executive MBA program and the Chairman of the Graduate Committee on Academic Standing.
