PhD alumnus Maria Pressentin published a book in December 2021 titled Key Factors and Use Cases of Servant Leadership Driving Organizational Performance. The book discusses the importance of servant leadership in the workplace and shares findings and recommendations to support the practical application of servant leadership theory for the 21st-century economy.

Dr. Pressentin’s book is ideal for executives, managers, researchers, practitioners, aspiring leaders, educational institutions, academics, consulting firms, and students. It provides evidence of how servant or service mindset and behavior-oriented leaders might mitigate organizational existing conditions to promote team member empowerment through servant-like interactions and influence performance.
